About Grant County Development Authority

The mission of the Grant County Development
Authority is to help businesses locate or expand in Grant
County with a particular emphasis on those businesses that
have the potential to benefit the residents, taxpayers and
workers in the county. The CGDA exists to assist businesses
that add to the quality of life in Grant County.

The Grant County Development Authority
has space available in four industrial parks in the county.
Three are located in Petersburg, adjacent to the airport
and a rail line terminus of the South Branch Valley Railroad.
The other is located in Mt. Storm near the VEPCO power station,
close to an interchange on the proposed Corridor H highway,
and is served by a rail line of CSX. More information on

The GCDA maintains a listing of properties in Grant County
and Petersburg, which could fill most business needs.
